La industria 4.0 supone una revolución sin precedentes para el sector industrial, las empresas se han visto en la necesidad de adoptar tecnologías como Internet de las cosas (IoT), automatización y robotización para aumentar su productividad y mantener su competitividad en el mercado; sin embargo, la falta de conocimiento y los altos costos han dificultado el ingreso en esta transformación digital, llevando a las empresas a estancarse o incluso terminar su operación. M4.0 Solutions nace como una empresa de tecnología especializada en la optimización de procesos que aumentan la productividad mediante soluciones tecnológicas y la
implementación de manufactura digital 4.0. Esta compañía tiene más de 12 años de trayectoria desarrollando innovaciones en diferentes sectores del mercado como el industrial, aerolíneas, hotelería y turismo, farmacéutico, alimentos y bebidas, entre otros. Además de crear soluciones tecnológicas que evolucionan y transforman el modelo de las empresas, se ha destacado por la utilización de industria 4.0 y manejo de información en tiempo real, cuyo componente diferencial presenta diversos alcances para así obtener un máximo potencial productivo mejorando sus objetivos a corto, mediano y largo plazo y generando numerosas ventajas competitivas en los sectores donde se implementa. De hecho, hay que considerar que “La tecnología ha permeado todos los ámbitos de la vida del individuo” (Montenegro, Valbuena, 2018) En el año 2018 se llevó a cabo una consultoría, donde se encontraron oportunidades para
explotar este modelo de negocio y sacar máximo provecho de las nuevas tecnologías como cloud, IoT, machine learning, inteligencia artificial, automatización y robotización, permitiendo que el conocimiento y desarrollo adquiridos en su trayectoria, generen el acceso a la manufactura digital ya no solo a la gran empresa sino también al sector PYME.
De esta forma, se abre la oportunidad de lanzar una línea de comercialización de productos para manufactura 4.0, enfocada en el aumento de productividad y competitividad permitiendo a las empresas comenzar, desarrollar y profundizar su camino hacia la transformación digital. Esta nueva línea se realizará a través de un emprendimiento enfocado en la comercialización de un portafolio de herramientas modulares que paso a paso le van a permitir a la industria ir obteniendo los beneficios de entrar en este nuevo mundo, utilizando metodologías como Teoría de las Restricciones (TOC), Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma, entre otras, las cuales están embebidas dentro de las soluciones y no requieren que las empresas comiencen con arduas capacitaciones, sino que puedan utilizarlas e ir aprendiendo en la medida en que van obteniendo los resultados. Este nuevo emprendimiento se va a llamar i-Comtech, el cual funcionará como una línea de negocio de comercialización del portafolio de productos estandarizados que M4.0 Solutions desarrolla. Dentro de este portafolio, uno de los principales es el Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), el cual está enfocado en el aumento de la productividad de una línea de producción y es aplicable a cualquier tipo de industria, por lo tanto, se toma como base para la estructuración del modelo de comercialización de esta nueva empresa. De esta forma en el presente proyecto se exponen los beneficios que ofrece la creación de la empresa i-Comtech al permitir el acceso a la manufactura 4.0, por medio de un portafolio de herramientas modulares asequibles tanto para la gran empresa como para la Pyme, lo cual se encuentra alineado con los objetivos a nivel país que requiere la industria colombiana para el aumento de su productividad y ser más competitiva en un mundo globalizado.

Abstract
Industry 4.0 represents an unprecedented revolution for the industrial sector, companies have seen the need to adopt technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), automation and robotization to increase their productivity and maintain their competitiveness in the market; However, the lack of knowledge and the high costs have made it difficult to enter this digital transformation, leading companies to stagnate or even end their operation. M4.0 Solutions was born as a technology company specialized in the optimization of processes that increase productivity through technological solutions and the implementation of digital manufacturing 4.0. This company has more than 12 years of experience developing innovations in different market sectors such as industry, airlines, hotels and tourism, pharmaceuticals, food and beverages, among others. In addition to creating technological solutions that evolve and transform the business model, it has stood out for the use of Industry 4.0 and information management in real time, whose differential component has various scopes in order to obtain maximum productive potential by improving its short-term and long term objectives while also generating numerous competitive advantages in the sectors where it is implemented. In 2018, a consultancy was carried out, where opportunities were found to exploit this business model and take full advantage of new technologies such as cloud, IoT, machine learning, artificial intelligence, automation and robotization, allowing knowledge and development acquired in their history, generate access to digital manufacturing and not only to large companies but also to the SMEs sector.
In this way, the opportunity opens to launch a line of commercialization of products for manufacturing 4.0, focused on increasing productivity and competitiveness, allowing companies to start, develop and deepen their path towards digital transformation. This new line will be carried out through an enterprise focused on the commercialization of a portfolio of modular tools that, step by step, will allow the industry to obtain the benefits of entering this new world, using methodologies such as Theory of Restrictions (TOC), Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, among others, which are embedded within the solutions and do not require companies to start with arduous training, but to be able to use them and learn as they get the results. This new venture will be called i-Comtech, which will function as a business line for marketing the standardized product portfolio that M4.0 Solutions develops. Within this portfolio, one of the main ones is the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which is focused on increasing the productivity of a production line and is applicable to any type of industry, therefore, it is taken as a basis for structuring the marketing model of this new company. Thus, in this project, the benefits offered by the creation of the i-Comtech company are exposed by allowing access to manufacturing 4.0, through a portfolio of affordable modular tools for both large companies and SMEs which is aligned with the objectives at the country level that the Colombian industry requires to increase its productivity and be more competitive in a globalized world.
