As a proposal that allows the educational community to interact from multiple practices and strategies in the educational task, it seeks to transform exclusion or segregation scenarios. For this reason, this proposal was designed as a bet from research with a qualitative approach that seeks to promote intercultural education in the transition grade of the Antonio Nariño Educational Institution, located in Cúcuta, Norte de Santander. The foregoing is proposed as a possible response to the problems presented in the classroom by the experiences of migration and displacement of children who currently live together and are part of the school community. The Institution, located in a border area, has the challenge of learning, dialoguing, and teaching from interculturality to strengthen the different dimensions of student development and thus contribute to raising awareness, generating, and promoting empathetic school cultures that problematize and overcoming situations of exclusion, discrimination, and xenophobia. In this order, the bet from the Universal Learning Design is pertinent to achieve this goal and institutional objective.
