    Revisión sistemática para el diseño de una guía técnica de primeros auxilios psicológicos para testigos de accidentes de trabajo

    The objective of this work was to design a technical guide on psychological first aid to assist witnesses of an accident at work, the type of research that was carried out corresponds to a technological development, this study was carried out through a review of guidelines and protocols related to psychological first aid (PAP). With which a theoretical and empirical basis for designing the guide was established, three aspects or sub-themes of psychological first aid that address the attitude of the assistant, which are: provide support, reduce mortality and provide the link with the sources Attendance, these aspects were released five components of psychological first aid, which are: make psychological contact, analyze the dimensions of the problem, probe the possible solutions, assist in the execution of specific steps and monitoring to verify progress. The work was intended. A tool of utility was offered to him so that an effective intervention in psychological first aid can be given to the people who are witnesses of an accident of work, since it corresponds to the secondary victims of the event, to which it is necessary to give them attention. We need to avoid psychological long-term effects and also include them in your work life

    Validez cognitiva de la guía de entrevista semiestructurada para evaluar los factores de riesgos psicosociales en trabajadores colombianos.

    The objective of this study waa to perform the cognitive validation of ide tothe semi-structured interview guide to evalue the psychosocial risk factors in the Colombian population, which was built, by Córtes, Pedraza, Vásquez and Quintana (2018). For this instrumental study, the results of the validation by expert judges were used in the wich the modified Angoff methodology was used and which provided the target ítems. In order to carry out the cognitive validation of the interview, the design and execution of a cognitive interview was carried out base don four categories whit the targets or problematic questions that were evaluated through cognitive categories judges in the previous phase and that passed ti the second round with some modifications; In total there were 30 items. The results, in general, showed that the target ítems when evaluated through cognitive categories were understood by the majority of participants; in specific categories such as sensitivity there was no significant report that the ítems contain private topics; In the same way, in the execution of the answers, in general, they understood them by responding according to what was asked. Therefore, this study generated compliance whit the cognitive validity phase by identifying the level of understanding of the individual in the ítems that are part of the semi-structured interview guide to assess psychosocial risk factors.
