For this reason, it was necessary to propose agile methodologies in the quality area in the Farmatodo company. In the first instance, a review of current literature was carried out that would allow visualizing the trend and market of the retail sector in terms of the use of agile methodologies. Then, the capacities, resources, organizational culture, policies and strategic plan were reviewed internally in the quality area to determine the best methodology to use in this project. A focus group technique was applied with the Colombian quality team, to determine the level of maturity that is being worked on at the project level and to determine how traditional or agile it is currently being executed, so that a diagnosis can be built and clearly defined. , the methodology to implement in this area. Once the agile methodology was established, the project management manual and processes were built to be applied in the quality area of Farmatodo and socialized with this first focus team. Finally, the pilot was carried out to determine the success of the proposal designed in the quality area and the opportunities for improvement were fed back into the manual.application/pdfspaAtribución-NoComercial-CompartirIgual 4.0 InternacionalGerenciaProyectosAgilismoManualSoftwareCalidadDesarrolloIndicadores658.4Diseño y prueba piloto de implementación de metodología ágil en el área de aseguramiento de calidad de software de Farmatodo S.A.Tesis/Trabajo de grado - Monografía - MaestríaQualityAgileDesignSoftwareAssuranceProjectsIndicatorsinstname:Universidad El Bosquereponame:Repositorio Institucional Universidad El Bosquerepourl:https://repositorio.unbosque.edu.coDesign and pilot trial of agile methodology implementation in the software quality assurance area of Farmatodo S.A.Acceso abiertoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttps://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2
