About 60% of the world's population does not engage in physical activity during the leisure time (2). In the Americas, 43% of the population is inactive and in Colombia, the national prevalence of compliance with the recommendations to dedicate 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week was 53.5% in 2010 (3). In studies to evaluate the levels of physical activity of the adult population at the global, inequalities by sex, socioeconomic level and level are evident educational (3). A study in the Latin American university teaching population more of half of the teachers do physical activity less than three times a week, because much of the time outside the educational environment is spent to “class planning, review of student work, homework administrative and housework, which leaves little time for rest and generates high levels of stress ”(4). Among the studies carried out in Colombia, one was developed that relates the grip strength among teachers and male general service personnel, ultimately concluded that the profession influences strength values grip (5), however, the literature lacks studies that further address this relationship.application/pdfspaAttribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 InternationalNutriciónActividad físicaFuerza de agarreDocentes universitariosProtocolo de estudio: asociación de la fuerza de agarre con el nivel de actividad física en docentes de la Universidad El Bosque en el periodo 2020-1Tesis/Trabajo de grado - Monografía - PregradoActividad motoraProfesor universitarioFuerza de la manoNutritionPhysical activityGrip forceUniversity teachersW100instname:Universidad El Bosquereponame:Repositorio Institucional Universidad El Bosquerepourl:https://repositorio.unbosque.edu.coAcceso abiertoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttps://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf22020
