Para este estudio de tipo instrumental se utilizaron los resultados de la validación por jueces expertos en la cual se empleó la metodología Angoff modificada y que proporcionó los ítems target. Para llevar a cabo la validación cognitiva de la entrevista se realizó el diseño y ejecución de una entrevista cognitiva a partir de cuatro categorías con los targets o preguntas problemáticas que fueron evaluadas por los jueces en la fase anterior y que pasaron a segunda ronda con algunas modificaciones; en total fueron 30 ítems. Los resultados, en general, demostraron que los ítems target cuando se evaluaron a través de las categorías cognitivas, fueron comprendidos por la mayoría de los participantes; en categorías específicas como sensibilidad no hubo reporte significativo de que los ítems contengan tópicos privados; de igual forma, en la ejecución de las respuestas, en general, las entendieron respondiendo conforme con lo que se preguntaba. Por lo anterior, este estudio generó el cumplimiento de la fase validez cognitiva al identificar el nivel de comprensión del individuo en los ítems que hacen parte de la guía de entrevista semiestructurada para evaluar los factores de riesgos psicosociales.The objective of this study waa to perform the cognitive validation of ide tothe semi-structured interview guide to evalue the psychosocial risk factors in the Colombian population, which was built, by Córtes, Pedraza, Vásquez and Quintana (2018). For this instrumental study, the results of the validation by expert judges were used in the wich the modified Angoff methodology was used and which provided the target ítems. In order to carry out the cognitive validation of the interview, the design and execution of a cognitive interview was carried out base don four categories whit the targets or problematic questions that were evaluated through cognitive categories judges in the previous phase and that passed ti the second round with some modifications; In total there were 30 items. The results, in general, showed that the target ítems when evaluated through cognitive categories were understood by the majority of participants; in specific categories such as sensitivity there was no significant report that the ítems contain private topics; In the same way, in the execution of the answers, in general, they understood them by responding according to what was asked.
