Esta investigación se compone de tres estudios de viabilidad: comercial, técnica y financiera. Para responder la pregunta de investigación se aplicaron diferentes metodologías para el desarrollo de los estudios de este proyecto, tales como el estudio de mercado de la demanda y la oferta, métodos para la comercialización del producto y las proyecciones de ventas para los escenarios optimista, promedio y pesimista. Para el técnico se hizo uso de los diagramas de flujo de proceso para determinar cuáles eran los pasos para la preparación de las hamburguesas, la distribución de planta y el análisis de la macro y micro localización con el fin de determinar el punto estratégico para la puesta en marcha. Para el financiero se hicieron uso de los indicadores TIR, VPN, ROi y relación costo beneficio con el fin de conocer cuánto vale el negocio, la rentabilidad del mismo, el retorno del dinero y si es financieramente viable. Como resultados importantes de los tres estudios mencionados se concluyó que es viable comercializar hamburguesas a partir del modelo de bajo costo en la ciudad de Bogotá, debido a que hay un mercado en crecimiento y con una alta tasa de demanda. En el estudio técnico se estableció el flujo del proceso para la preparación de las hamburguesas, el equipo y la maquinaria que se requiere, la distribución del restaurante y la localización. Finalmente, en el estudio financiero se establecieron los costos y gastos del proyecto, la inversión inicial, la financiación; asimismo se obtuvieron los re~ultados de los indicadores siendo la TIR:75%, VPN: $ 139.613.075,73, ROi: 229% y la relación costo beneficio: 3,29.lt is a feasibility study for the creation of a low-cost hamburger restaurant in the city of Bogotá.
