Resumen
La siguiente investigación tuvo como objetivo aproximarse a la comprensión de los roles de género que tiene un grupo de adolescentes cisgénero y transgénero entre los 11 y 18 años, habitantes de la ciudad de Medellín, desde los enfoques biopsicosocial y postestructuralista, este último desde los planteamientos de la filósofa Judith Butler, quien cuestiona los discursos patologizantes, heteronormativos y binarios de género. La metodología se enmarcó en el paradigma cualitativo con perspectiva hermenéutica a través de comprensión de narrativas; como instrumento para la construcción de la información se utilizó la entrevista semi-estructurada, la cual tuvo como precedente las categorías analíticas: normas de género, cuerpo y capacidad de acción. Las voces de adolescentes cisgénero y transgénero, permitió comprender la herencia instaurada del discurso binario, heteronormativo y performativo determinista, no obstante, en las narrativas emergen construcciones desde la capacidad de acción y el agenciamiento de adolescentes, que permiten adquirir una postura crítica, transgresora de los parámetros de forma pacífica, moldeadora de realidades sociales empezando por su familia y su ser, reflexionando los roles que desean asumir y siendo receptores de la información que socialmente está en constante transformación.

Abstract
The aimed of this research is to approximate to the understanding the gender roles by an adolescent’s group of cisgender and transgender between the ages of 11 and 18, in Medellín city. From the biopsychosocial and post-structuralist approaches, the last one, proposed by the philosopher Judith Butler, who question the pathologizing, heteronormative and binary gender paradigms. The methodology based on the qualitative paradigm with hermeneutical perspective through the analysis of narratives; we used the semi-structured interview, like tool for construction information, the analytical categories was: gender norms, body and action capacity. The voices of cisgender and transgender adolescents allowed us to understand the legacy established in a binary, heteronormative and deterministic performative discourse, however, in the adolescents discourse, emerged the action capacity and the agency, that allow them to acquire a critical position, transgressing the parameters in a peaceful way, transforming their realities starting with his family and for themselves, they are thinking about the roles that they want to assume and the information that is beginning transformed in the society.
