| dc.description.abstract | La incineración de sustancias peligrosas puede involucrar riesgos a la salud, a la seguridad de los seres vivos y al ambiente. Es por eso que en la actualidad el Ministerio de ambiente, vivienda y desarrollo territorial de Colombia, viendo la necesidad de controlar y mitigar los impactos negativos generados por este tipo de residuos emitidos al medio ambiente, busca, a través de las resoluciones 0058 de 2002 y 0886 de 2004 reglamentar la disposición y tratamiento térmico de residuos industriales, domésticos y hospitalarios en hornos incineradores. A partir del surgimiento de estas resoluciones, nace la necesidad de realizar el seguimiento a la implementación de la resolución 0886 de 2004, objetivo principal de este trabajo que permite realizar aportes y recomendaciones a las autoridades involucradas en este proceso. | spa |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The incineration of hazardous substances may involve risks to health, to the safety of living beings and to the environment. That is why the Colombian Ministry of Environment, Housing and Territorial Development, seeing the need to control and mitigate the negative impacts generated by this type of waste emitted into the environment, seeks, through resolutions 0058 of 2002 and 0886 of 2004, to regulate the disposal and thermal treatment of industrial, domestic and hospital waste in incinerators. From the emergence of these resolutions, the need to follow up on the implementation of Resolution 0886 of 2004 arises, which is the main objective of this work that allows contributions and recommendations to be made to the authorities involved in this process. | eng |
