dc.description.abstractLa empresa Termillantas S.A en su proceso de crecimiento y afrontándose a los nuevos retos del mercado, entendió que para estar a la vanguardia debía abrir nuevos canales de venta diferentes a los tradicionales, es por esto que para el año 2017 decide implementar la solución de e-commerce con un aliado estratégico fuerte en el mercado de ventas por internet, V-tex, sin embargo a pesar de esto, la empresa no ha logrado retornar la inversión de esta implementación ni lograr el crecimiento esperado con este nuevo canal. Este libro, presentado cómo proyecto de grado, presenta la Iniciación, Planeación, Ejecución, Seguimiento, Control y Cierre del proyecto Diagnóstico, plan de negocio y ajustes requeridos para el comercio electrónico de Termillantas S.A. soportado por la plataforma Vtex. Para logarlo fue necesario realizar un diagnóstico del estado actual del e-commerce, realizar un Plan de negocio para aprovechar al máximo esta herramienta basados en la metodología CANVAS, y ajustes resultado del diagnóstico donde se evidenciaron cambios que se requería en la plataforma e-commerce. Dentro de los ajustes, también se planteó realizar capacitaciones para dar conocimiento de los cambios y estandarización de los procesos, adicional se realizaron manuales del uso de la aplicación para que las personas involucradas en este proceso tengan una guía del funcionamiento o para las personas nuevas que se involucren a este.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThe company Termillantas SA in its growth process and facing the new challenges of the market, understood that to be at the forefront it had to open new sales channels different from the traditional ones, that is why for the year 2017 it decides to implement the solution of -commerce with a strong strategic ally in the internet sales market, V-tex, however despite this, the company has not been able to return the investment of this implementation nor achieve the expected growth with this new channel. This book, presented as a degree project, presents the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Control and Closing of the Diagnosis project, business plan and adjustments required for the electronic commerce of Termillantas S.A. supported by the Vtex platform. To achieve this, it was necessary to make a diagnosis of the current state of e-commerce, make a Business Plan to make the most of this tool based on the CANVAS methodology, and diagnostic results adjustments where changes were required in the e-commerce platform. Within the adjustments, it was also proposed to carry out trainings to give knowledge of the changes and standardization of the processes, additional manuals of the use of the application were made so that the people involved in this process have a functioning guide or for the new people get involved in this.eng
