dc.description.abstractEn este proyecto de graduación se presenta una metodología para segmentar el SARLAFT. Al proponer el algoritmo CLARA para la segmentación y utilizar homals para el tratamiento de datos categóricos, finalmente se ejemplificó la metodología para su uso a nivel práctico, comparándola con las metodologías presentes en las instituciones financieras, especialmente los resultados obtenidos y el tiempo de ejecución.spa
