dc.description.abstract | La microempresa Constructora WN SAS es una constructora Colombiana que trabaja en Bogotá realizando proyectos de vivienda, la cual actualmente realiza sus procesos a partir de métodos manuales y dispersos basados en documentos, registros en Excel y llamadas, por ello se desarrolla el sistema de información de administración que tiene por objetivo permitir llevar el control de proyectos, asignación de maestros responsables, registro de insumos utilizados (materiales y herramientas) y servicios externos contratados, incluyendo los datos de los encargados. Se desarrolló a través de la metodología Scrum junto con el método Kanban para la gestión de las tareas, y el sistema se diseñó con el patrón de arquitectura MVC, empleando tecnologías como JWT para la autenticación, SQL, Java Spring Boot y Angular. Además, se implementó un completo plan de pruebas, incluyendo la validación en la academia mediante pruebas unitarias, de integración y de caja negra, validación estática a través de reuniones con la directora de recursos humanos, y validación dinámica mediante una encuesta aplicada al usuario final del sistema, basada en el modelo TAM. Los resultados evidenciaron una percepción significativa de mejora en la eficiencia operativa de los procesos de administración de proyectos, control de inventarios y gestión de personal directo y por prestación de servicios. Asimismo, se destacó el apoyo del sistema en la toma de decisiones estratégicas, sentando las bases para futuras ampliaciones hacia otras áreas de la empresa, contribuyendo así a la digitalización de procesos. | |
dc.description.abstractenglish | The microenterprise Constructora WN SAS is a Colombian construction company based in Bogotá, specializing in housing projects. Currently, its processes are carried out through manual and dispersed methods relying on documents, Excel spreadsheets, and phone calls. To address these inefficiencies, an information management system was developed with the objective of enabling the control of projects, the assignment of responsible foremen, the registration of used supplies (materials and tools), and the management of contracted external services, including data on those responsible for each process. The system was developed using the Scrum methodology combined with the Kanban method for task management. It was designed with the MVC architectural pattern, utilizing technologies such as JWT for authentication, SQL, Java Spring Boot, and Angular. Additionally, a comprehensive testing plan was implemented, which included academic validation through unit tests, integration tests, and black-box testing, static validation via meetings with the Human Resources director, and dynamic validation through a survey administered to the system's end user based on the TAM model. The results showed a significant perceived improvement in the operational efficiency of project management, inventory control, and the management of direct and service-based personnel. Furthermore, the system was highlighted as a support tool for strategic decision-making, laying the foundation for future expansions into other areas of the company and thus contributing to the digitalization of processes. | |
