dc.description.abstractenglish | This thesis aims to explore the construct of compassion among final-year Psychology students at Universidad El Bosque. A data collection tool was designed, consisting of both a manual format and a digital one administered through Google Forms, to capture participants' perceptions of compassion. The methodology employed included the Modified Natural Semantic Networks technique, which allowed for the analysis of word associations related to compassion and their semantic weight in the context of psychological practice. The results revealed that the most associated words with compassion were empathy and understanding, highlighting their relevance in clinical practice. It is concluded that compassion is a fundamental construct in the training of future psychologists, suggesting the need to integrate it into academic programs to promote a more humanized professional practice.
