| dc.description.abstract | Las universidades en Colombia se han visto en la necesidad de reestructurar sus currículos como respuesta al artículo 1 del decreto 808 de 20021 , Ministerio de Educación Nacional en el cual se decreta que las instituciones de educación superior deben expresar en créditos el tiempo de trabajo académico del estudiante; según los requerimientos del plan de estudios del respectivo programa, sin perjuicio de la Organización de las actividades que cada institución defina en forma autónoma para el diseño y desarrollo de su plan académica Además deberán discriminar el número de horas académicas que requieren de acompañamiento del docente, trabajo independiente sin acompañamiento se deben desarrollar cada hora de trabajo presencial. Estas horas de trabajo independiente pueden incluir como metodología del aprendizaje; los medios interactivos y las aplicaciones hipertexto que incluyen gráficos, audio y video. Esta tecnología ahorra tiempo de instrucción y es más práctica en cuanto a pedagogía autónoma se refiere. Tanto los docentes como los estudiantes pueden emplear estas herramientas para acceder de forma rápida, eficaz y directa a la información requerida, desde cualquier lugar, sin tener que recurrir a los métodos tradicionales como las bibliotecas. Las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y de la Comunicación (NTIC) son presentadas como herramientas que pueden contribuir a que la pedagogía alcance un ideal de apertura y libre desarrollo. Gracias a su rapidez, a su interactividad, a su polivalencia y a sus aplicaciones, las NTIC constituyen herramientas de trabajo que pueden aportar a la educación valiosa ayuda en el logro de una significativa reforma de la educación. El sistema de educación siempre ha sido puesto en cuestión por los métodos, medios, estrategias, herramientas y técnicas utilizadas para transmitir información, conforme con los medios más pertinentes, mejor es el aprendizaje. Tanto docentes como estudiantes pueden aprovechar herramientas que permiten el acceso a una información completa proporcionada en el lugar en que se encuentre con rapidez y eficacia, ocupándose y tergiversando tareas repetitivas. El aprendizaje de la herramienta multimedia esta basado en principio en las tareas interactivas de educación, es decir, no se apoya solamente sobre la asimilación de conocimientos, sino sobre el hecho de aprender a utilizarlos, de ser activo en el proceso de aprendizaje. | |
