Resumen
La microempresa Dév&Arch - Conseils Inc. en Canadá identificó que varios funcionarios enfrentaban dificultades financieras personales, lo cual impactaba negativamente su productividad y, por ende, la sostenibilidad y reputación de la organización. Para comprender esta problemática, se aplicaron cuestionarios que permitieron recopilar información y analizar factores clave relacionados con la economía personal. Como solución, se desarrolló un sistema de información con acceso móvil orientado a la gestión y monitoreo de las microfinanzas personales de los funcionarios, lo cual contribuyó a mejorar su percepción sobre su salud financiera. El proyecto se implementó bajo la metodología ágil Kanban y se basó en una arquitectura de microservicios, permitiendo una administración modular de la información del usuario y sus movimientos financieros. Se destaca el diseño de una arquitectura de microservicios, el artefacto funcional desplegado en un clúster de Kubernetes con imágenes almacenadas en un container registry privado, e integrado con servicios en la nube de Amazon (AWS), así como el uso complementario de bases de datos relacionales (SQL) y no relacionales (NoSQL). La validación del sistema evidenció mejoras significativas: el 100 % de los usuarios reportó mayor organización financiera, capacidad de ahorro, seguridad en la toma de decisiones y menor estrés financiero. Además, el uso frecuente de la aplicación y la integración en sus rutinas confirman su usabilidad y efectividad. Esta solución tecnológica busca fortalecer el bienestar financiero como un componente clave del entorno laboral, aportando a la productividad de los empleados.

Abstract
The microenterprise Dév&Arch – Conseils Inc. in Canada identified that several employees were facing personal financial difficulties, which negatively affected their productivity and, consequently, the sustainability and reputation of the organization. To better understand this issue, questionnaires were applied to collect data and analyze key factors related to personal financial management. As a solution, a mobile-accessible information system was developed to support the management and monitoring of employees’ personal microfinances, which helped improve their perception of financial well-being. The project was implemented using the agile Kanban methodology and was based on a microservices architecture, enabling modular management of user data and financial transactions. Notably, the system was deployed in a Kubernetes cluster, with container images stored in a private registry and integrated with Amazon Web Services (AWS). It also combined the use of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases. System validation revealed significant improvements: 100% of users reported better financial organization, increased savings capacity, greater confidence in financial decision-making, and reduced financial stress. Furthermore, the frequent use of the application and its integration into daily routines confirmed its usability and practical effectiveness. This technological solution aims to strengthen financial well-being as a key element of the workplace environment, ultimately contributing to employee productivity.
