To report on endodontic and non-endodontic treatments carried out on teeth with an internal or external radicular re-absorption, describe the evolution of diagnosed cases which have or have not been treated endodontically and compare the clinical and radiographical condition of such cases before and after the mentioned treatment at the endodontics postgraduate clinic of El Bosque University. Seven cases with a diagnosis of internal or external radicular re-absorption, endodontically treated or not at the school’s clinic. It was observed that six of the cases presented favourable scarring patterns, inactivity of the re-absorptive process and one did not present favourable results. As a conclusion for the management of the different radicular re-absorptions, there has to be an accurate diagnosis from its aetiology in order to develop a better treatment plan depending on each case.eng
