dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo presenta un análisis ergonómico aplicado a los entornos de trabajo de profesionales terapeutas pediátricos en una Institución Prestadora de Salud (IPS) en la ciudad de Bogotá, durante el año 2025. A través de la aplicación de métodos como REBA, LUBA, NASA-TLX y la Evaluación de Riesgo Psicosocial, se identificaron factores de riesgo físico, cognitivo y organizacional que afectan la salud y el desempeño de los profesionales. El estudio evidenció posturas forzadas, sobrecarga cognitiva y deficiencias en el mobiliario y en la organización del trabajo, lo cual impacta directamente en la calidad de la atención terapéutica. A partir de los hallazgos, se proponen estrategias de mejora centradas en la adecuación del entorno físico, la gestión del riesgo y el bienestar laboral, con el fin de optimizar las condiciones ergonómicas y la eficiencia del servicio terapéutico.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This study presents an ergonomic analysis applied to the work environments of pediatric therapy professionals in a Healthcare Provider Institution (IPS) in the city of Bogotá, during the year 2025. Using methods such as REBA, LUBA, NASA-TLX, and the Psychosocial Risk Assessment, physical, cognitive, and organizational risk factors affecting the health and performance of professionals were identified. The study revealed forced postures, cognitive overload, and deficiencies in furniture and work organization, all of which directly impact the quality of therapeutic care. Based on the findings, improvement strategies are proposed, focusing on the adaptation of the physical environment, risk management, and occupational well-being, aiming to optimize ergonomic conditions and the efficiency of therapeutic services.
