dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tuvo como mira la pregunta ¿Cuáles son los dilemas bioéticos presentes en las prácticas discursivas de los psicoterapeutas que atienden el maltrato infantil? Se planteó como objetivos: visibilizar en las prácticas discursivas del psicoterapeuta su saber y su producción de sentido sobre el cuerpo del niño y la niña para, discernir qué prácticas discursivas se constituyen en dilemas bioéticos. Extraer de esas prácticas discursivas la subjetividad de la familia, la subjetividad del maltratador y del niño y niña maltratado, su nexo con las relaciones de poder propias de las instituciones judiciales. Desde la Bioética, establecer bases conceptuales que potencien espacios en la reflexión de los psicoterapeutas y proponer rutas de manejo psicoterapéutico de niños y niñas maltratados. La metodología empleó un enfoque crítico, con un diseño de análisis histórico del discurso, a través de entrevistas no directivas sobre las prácticas discursivas de los psicoterapeutas. Los hallazgos muestran que el ejercicio del poder total, violento y represivo del adulto, producto del saber histórico cultural convierte al niño o niña maltratado en un objeto -propiedad del adulto, como cosa es un objeto sin vida, sin existencia, excluido del género humano, sin dignidad ni valor.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe question: What are the bioethical dilemmas present in the discursive practices of psychotherapists who attend child abuse? Was the starting point of this research. the following objectives were outlined: to make evident in the discursive practices of the psychotherapist his knowledge and his production of meaning on the body of the boy and the girl, to discern what discursive practices constitute bioethical dilemmas. Remove from these discursive practices the subjectivity of the family, of the child abuser and of the abused boy and girl, their link with the power relationships of judicial institutions. Finally, from Bioethics, to establish the conceptual bases that enhance reflection spaces of psychotherapists and to propose psychotherapeutic management of abused childs routes. The methodology employed a critical approach, with a design of historical discourse analysis, through non directive interviews about the discursive practices of psychotherapists. The findings show that the exercise of the total, violent and repressive power of the adult, product of the historical cultural knowledge, turns the kid into an objet property of the adult. As a thing, he is an inanimate object, without existence, excluded from the human race and without dignity or value.
