Resumen
El proyecto fue desarrollado en una fábrica de confecciones de uniformes militares, con una trayectoria de 65 años en el mercado desarrollando proyectos importantes en el sector textil militar siendo pionero en la fabricación de uniformes militares, cumpliendo siempre las normas técnicas de cada prenda con el fin de satisfacer la demanda de sus clientes y sus necesidades en calidad al igual que en el confort de sus prendas. El desarrollo está dado mediante 4 objetivos específicos, el primero consta de un diagnóstico inicial por medio de 4 herramientas (Diagrama de flujo, 8 ́M, Histograma y VSM Visual stream mapping) que ofrecen un panorama completo del estado actual de la empresa y nos orienta al desarrollo del segundo objetivo el cuál es el análisis de toda la información recolectada por medio de la consulta de bases de datos, VSM futuro y una matriz de herramientas Lean Manufacturing donde se evalúan y se definen las herramientas a aplicar. En el tercer objetivo tenemos la implementación de las herramientas de las 5 ́s donde se incluye la gestión visual y Total Quality Management (TQM), donde finalmente se realiza la evaluación a través de un análisis de los beneficios y mejoras obtenidas. En el desarrollo de este proyecto se concluye que los factores que afectan a la fábrica de confecciones se encuentran divididos en varios componentes de los cuales los que generan mayor impacto son la gestión y la mano de obra.

Abstract
The project was developed in a military uniform manufacturing factory, with a history of 65 years in the market developing important projects in the military textile sector, being a pioneer in the manufacture of military uniforms, always complying with the technical standards of each garment in order to to satisfy the demand of its customers and their needs in quality as well as in the comfort of their garments. The development is given through 4 specific objectives, the first consists of an initial diagnosis through 4 tools (Flow diagram, 8 ́M, Histogram and VSM Visual stream mapping) that offer a complete overview of the current state of the company and It guides the development of the second objective, which is the analysis of all the information collected through the consultation of databases, future VSM and a matrix of Lean Manufacturing tools where the tools to be applied are evaluated and defined. In the third objective we have the implementation of the 5 ́s tools which include visual management and Total Quality Management (TQM), where the evaluation is finally carried out through an analysis of the benefits and improvements obtained. In the development of this project it is concluded that the factors that affect the garment factory are divided into several components of which the ones that generate the greatest impact are management and labor.
