| spa |
dc.description.abstractenglish | This document presents the development of a system for the recognition of 4 gripping movements, from a single surface electromyography channel (SEMG), with the implementation of a visual feedback system, in order to have an approach to rehabilitation protocols in patients with transradial amputation. This project will be developed for the FABRILAB foundation. The project consists of the following steps: The Ninapro project database was initially selected, containing data on patients with different levels of transradial amputation and carrying out 24 different grip movements. Then, we proceeded to make an analysis of the signal in the frequency domain, we applied a low pass filter type butterworth fourth order with a cutting frequency of 550Hz. Subsequently the extraction of characteristics was carried out, obtaining the following set of characteristics [SSC, MNP, WL, STKEO, VP, RMS, VMA, LOG, PKF], once obtained the set of characteristics it was implemented the technique of principal components analysis (PCA), obtaining the 3 principal components. The LDA, QDA, CB and K-NN classification algorithms were then evaluated with the metrics (sensitivity and specificity), resulting in a sensitivity to 84% and a specificity to 94% for 4 grip movements in the best case. Finally, the user interface (GUI) was developed to guide and train the subjects to perform the different exercises, it would be the 4 gripping movements (bidigital clamp, tridigital dam, digitopalmar dam and open palm), from the graphical interface the protocol of prosthetic rehabilitation was proposed. | eng |
