La salud en la ruralidad de la región del Caguán: Una revisión sistemática de la literatura

Resumen
El presente trabajo es para obtener le titulo de Magister en Salud Publica en la Universidad El Bosque. Se pretende aportar un conjunto de conceptos y metodologías que van enfocadas a motivar a quienes desarrollan políticas públicas, pues es la experiencia vivida en los territorios la base para generar cambios positivos en la salud de la sociedad. Así como hizo alusión Aristóteles, la experiencia es la única que nos dará conocimiento, no sin antes buscar que la transmisión del conocimiento genere cambios en el comportamiento que lleven a mejorar la condición de vida y salud de las personas, naturaleza y demás actantes no humanos.
La autora hablara de como la salud en el área rural de Colombia se ha venido desarrollando a través de la historia, la cual ha sido necesariamente politizada y definida por sectores liberales y actualmente políticas progresistas.
Posteriormente, determina como el Estado y los gobiernos han dejado a su suerte algunos territorios mediante la ausencia de políticas y de algunas instituciones. Lo anterior conlleva a preguntarse entonces ¿qué es la salud en territorios rurales? y ¿cómo se ha logrado la pervivencia? Es por ello por lo que se hace un análisis minucioso de cuáles han sido los mecanismos de pervivencia de las comunidades rurales del Caguán con el fin de mejorar el proceso de salud al analizar el rol del campesino e indígena frente a barreras físicas, administrativas, económicas y geográficas. Se busca descubrir, preguntar, investigar, y algo muy importante entender la voluntad para intentar de nuevo sin la necesidad de llegar al carácter impositivo y asistencialista por parte de algunas instituciones. Este estudio servirá como un soporte a la comunidad rural, académica y política para lograr elevar el nivel educacional, intervencional y alcanzar aprendizajes significativos en el desarrollo y promoción de la salud en la región del Caguán, siendo un insumo para poder adaptar o adoptar en otras regiones de Colombia.
El presente trabajo relaciona la teoría de redes como eje fundamental del tejido social que se construye alrededor de los problemas de salud que se presentan en una comunidad. Se realizo una búsqueda exhaustiva de bibliografía que mostrara las dinámicas territoriales para así llegar a comprenderlas, adaptarlas y fortalecerlas.
Una vez obtenidos los resultados de este trabajo investigativo se plantea un plan de intervención o plan de mejoramiento denominado una propuesta de modelo de salud rural, el cual consiste en brindarle a la comunidad las herramientas para desarrollar el modelo de salud, comprendiendo la salud como un múltiple de factores que inciden en el ser humano, modelo que este de la mano de las capacidades de la comunidad y no necesariamente dependa de la institución gubernamental.
En el siguiente documento encontrara una descripción detallada de como se ha venido desarrollando la salud en territorios rurales desde las políticas públicas, de igual manera la historia de la construcción del territorio en la región del Caguán la cual ha sido influenciada por problemáticas sociales, lo que ha generado un ausentismo de estado y posteriormente la vulneración de derechos humanos como lo son el de la vida y la salud. En el marco teórico se menciona la teoría de redes como principio del tejido social fortalecido a partir de las problemáticas de las comunidades en el territorio. Como marco metodológico se logra demostrar cómo fue la búsqueda de literatura, así como el análisis y categorización de los resultados como producto de los objetivos de la presente investigación. Finalmente se demuestra cuales han sido las dificultades en el estudio y las recomendaciones a las que se llegó en el análisis de la información.

Abstract
The present work is to obtain the title of Master in Public Health at El Bosque University. It is intended to provide a set of concepts and methodologies that are focused on motivating those who develop public policies, since the experience lived in the territories is the basis for generating positive changes in the health of society. As Aristotle alluded to, experience is the only one that will give us knowledge, but not before seeking that the transmission of knowledge generate changes in behavior that lead to improving the living and health conditions of people, nature and other non-human actants. .
The author will talk about how health in rural Colombia has been developing throughout history, which has necessarily been politicized and defined by liberal sectors and currently progressive policies.
Subsequently, she determines how the State and governments have left some territories to their fate through the absence of policies and some institutions. The foregoing leads to the question, then, what is health in rural territories? And how has survival been achieved? That is why a detailed analysis is made of what have been the survival mechanisms of the rural communities of Caguan in order to improve the health process by analyzing the role of the peasant and indigenous in the face of physical, administrative, economic barriers. and geographic. It seeks to discover, ask, investigate, and something very important to understand the will to try again without the need to reach the tax and assistance nature by some institutions. This study will serve as a support to the rural, academic and political community to raise the educational, interventional level and achieve significant learning in the development and promotion of health in the Caguan region, being an input to be able to adapt or adopt in other Regions of Colombia.
The present work relates the theory of networks as a fundamental axis of the social fabric that is built around the health problems that occur in a community. An exhaustive search of bibliography was carried out that would show the territorial dynamics in order to understand, adapt and strengthen them.
Once the results of this investigative work have been obtained, an intervention plan or improvement plan called a rural health model proposal is proposed, which consists of providing the community with the tools to develop the health model, understanding health as a multiple factors that affect the human being, a model that is hand in hand with the capacities of the community and does not necessarily depend on the government institution.
In the following document you will find a detailed description of how health has been developing in rural territories from public policies, in the same way the history of the construction of the territory in the Caguan region which has been influenced by social problems, which it has generated state absenteeism and subsequently the violation of human rights such as life and health. In the theoretical framework, the theory of networks is mentioned as a principle of the social fabric strengthened from the problems of the communities in the territory. As a methodological framework, it is possible to demonstrate how the literature search was, as well as the analysis and categorization of the results as a product of the objectives of the present investigation. Finally, the difficulties in the study and the recommendations that were reached in the analysis of the information are shown.
