dc.description.abstract | A partir de una revisión de literatura en bases de datos de revistas indexadas como Science Direct, Taylor & Francis y Web of Science, los manuales de seguridad y protección radiológica de la Organización Internacional de Energía Atómica y la legislación colombiana se realizó la clasificación de las recomendaciones técnicas sobre prácticas de control en tres principios de protección radiológica: Justificación, Optimización de la protección y Dosis límite. En relación con la percepción del riesgo se adoptó el modelo planteado por el Instituto Nacional de Higiene y Seguridad en el Trabajo para el desarrollo del constructo de soporte al cuestionario. Se realizó el diseño de la herramienta para la evaluación de los controles a la exposición a radiación ionizante contiene 154 criterios distribuidos en nueve grupos que abordan entre otros aspectos el desarrollo e implementación de los programas de protección radiológica, las pruebas sobre las fuentes de radiación, el diseño de la infraestructura, el control de las dosis de exposición, el entrenamiento y la vigilancia del estado de salud de los trabajadores expuestos. Por otra parte la herramienta de evaluación de la percepción del riesgo por parte del trabajador considera 42 preguntas distribuidas en cinco grupos relacionados con el riesgo: conocimiento, percepción, actitudes, comportamientos, experiencias y una sección adicional sobre el contexto laboral y social. | |
dc.description.abstractenglish | Based on a literature review in databases of indexed journals such as Science Direct, Taylor & Francis and Web of Science, the safety and radiological protection manuals of the International Atomic Energy Organization and Colombian legislation, the classification of the technical recommendations on control practices in three principles of radiation protection: Justification, Optimization of protection and Limit dose. In relation to risk perception, the model proposed by the National Institute of Hygiene and Safety at Work was adopted for the development of the construct to support the questionnaire. The design of the tool for the evaluation of controls on exposure to ionizing radiation was carried out. It contains 154 criteria distributed in nine groups that address, among other aspects, the development and implementation of radiological protection programs, tests on radiation sources, the design of the infrastructure, the control of exposure doses, training and monitoring of the health status of exposed workers. On the other hand, the tool for evaluating the worker's risk perception considers 42 questions distributed in five groups related to risk: knowledge, perception, attitudes, behaviors, experiences and an additional section on the work and social context. | |
