Resumen
Este libro documenta todo el proceso de inicio, planeación, ejecución y seguimiento del proyecto fase de instalación de redes eléctricas internas y perimetrales del edificio preescolar en un colegio del norte de Bogotá, teniendo en cuenta las técnicas y herramientas que sugiere el PMI sexta edición y los ejercicios planteados en cada clase de la especialización para gerenciar un proyecto.
En los dos primeros capítulos, se tiene un acercamiento a la descripción del proyecto, la justificación de su realización, objetivos y acta de constitución. En el siguiente capítulo, a través de 10 planes de gestión, se describen las entradas, herramientas y salidas que definieron que se iban a usar durante el proyecto,
Luego de esto, se encuentra la fase de ejecución, seguimiento y control en donde a través de 3 informes de gestión se documenta todo lo que sucedió en el proyecto; Y por último se encuentran las evidencias y soportes del proyecto.

Abstract
This book documents the entire process of initiation, planning, execution and monitoring of the project phase of installation of internal and perimeter electrical networks of the preschool building in a school in the north of Bogota, taking into account the techniques and tools suggested by the PMI sixth edition and the exercises proposed in each class of the specialization to manage a project.
In the first two chapters, there is an approach to the description of the project, the justification for its realization, objectives, and articles of incorporation. In the next chapter, through 10 management plans, the inputs, tools and outputs that were defined to be used during the project are described,
After this, there is the phase of execution, monitoring and control where through 3 management reports everything that happened in the project is documented; and finally, there are the evidences and supports of the project.
