Penile squamous cell carcinoma (PSCC) is an aggressive malignancy, where nodal involvement has been shown to be the most important prognostic factor for predicting overall survival (OS). In the last decade, the Log Odds (LODDS) has emerged as an important tool for predicting OS and RFS. The aim is to define the utility of LODDS as a prognostic tool in patients with PSCC. Methods. This is a retrospective and analytical study that included PSCC patients with nodal involvement who underwent inguinal lymphadenectomy (ILND) between 2007-2021 at our institution. Patients ≥18 years, without other histological variants, and without evidence of metastatic disease were included. Survival analysis was performed to predict OS and RFS. Concordance was evaluated using Harrell's C-index.
