dc.descriptionThe present work aims to develop a systematic framework of performance as an essential source that drives the different forces of action of people to the maintenance, improvement and survival of organizations, this implies the permanent updating of the capacities of its members to strengthen the power performer of the work. The basis of its methodological foundation is qualitative research, which is supported by a documentary design and in-depth analysis of the consulted sources, they correspond to the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, their interpretation is carried out with the hermeneutical methodology, and is inspired by the interest in identifying the theoretical bases by which performance should be guided. It is concluded that performance is the DNA of the organization, and whose essence is the practical realizing process that man's work in the organization has.en-US
dc.descriptionArtículo de revisión sobre la internacionalización. Considera los gremios como actores del proceso, desde una visión del efecto trampolín en la pequeña y mediana industria (Pyme). La metodología empleada fue la aplicación de un instrumento cualitativo orientado a empresas de Software y Tecnologías informáticas (SW&TI) afiliadas a FEDESOFT en Colombia. Analiza la percepción que tienen los directores de empresas de la Industria del Software y Tecnologías Informáticas. Plantea la existencia de factores externos que impulsan y determinan la internacionalización de la empresa, los gremios y los organismos públicos y/o privados los que canalizan información relevante del entorno para que el directivo la acerque a su realidad empresarial, lo cual demuestra la importancia de la asociación gremial en nuestro país. El artículo concluye que el efecto trampolín puede ser positivo en las capacidades y recursos de las empresas para expandirse localmente a través de la adquisición y control de filiales. Recomienda un mayor apoyo empírico, sobre el conocimiento de recursos disponibles en las redes para atender las necesidades de los nuevos mercados, así como la gestión de la cadena de suministros locales para tener acceso a los recursos en el entorno primario y sus redes de conocimiento.es-ES
