Resumen
Hoy en día se presentan diferentes necesidades, en el mercado de los bienes de
consumo, sin embargo, entre la población se genera cierta inconformidad, por el
desuso de los mismos bienes, que resulta frustrante a partir de su valor. Por tanto,
entre el mercado de bienes de consumo, se ofrece una nueva alternativa a la compra
de estos bienes y es el alquiler.
Dicho lo anterior nace la idea de Preztalo, que sería la plataforma que
funcionaría como puente entre oferentes y demandantes de bienes, para conectarlos
a través de una herramienta web, facilitando su interacción, supervisando la
transacción y satisfaciendo a la parte que necesita el bien, como a la parte que desea
recibir un ingreso por el alquiler del mismo.

Abstract
Today there are different needs in the market for consumer goods, however,
there is some disagreement among the population, due to the disuse of the same
goods, which is frustrating based on their value. Therefore, among the consumer
goods market, a new alternative is offered to the purchase of these goods and that is
rent.
That said, the idea of Preztalo was born, which would be the platform that
would function as a bridge between bidders and demanders of goods, to connect
them through a web tool, facilitating their interaction, supervising the transaction
and satisfying the people who needs the good, as to those who wishes to receive
income from the rental thereof.
