Al tener mascotas se entiende la situación por la que pasan todos aquellos que tienen animales a la hora de adquirir algún producto de higiene y no encontrar alguno que genere confianza, no conocer todas las opciones presentes en el mercado para satisfacer determinada necesidad, además de no tener información de las posibles consecuencias que podría tener la aplicación o el consumo de ciertos químicos en nuestras mascotas, exponiendo el bienestar y la vida del animal.Entender la importancia que tienen los animales en la vida de su dueño, y el significado de estos en la familia, conociendo que se convierten en un miembro fundamental e incondicional, considerándolo un amigo, hijo, hermano o simplemente un ser indispensable en el hogar. Además de esto y lo más importante, tener una mascota implica una responsabilidad gigante en cuanto al cuidado, amor y atención.Es por esto y por la información recolectada que se decide atacar esta necesidad y vacío en el mercado mediante un eliminador de olores natural. Decisión tomada con base en el crecimiento exponencial del uso de este producto y su funcionalidad, conclusión a la que se llegó después de realizar la respectiva validación con los clientes y consumidores.El objetivo principal de CLEPET SAS es el bienestar de las mascotas, propósito que se comparte con sus dueños, lo cual lo lleva a alcanzar un alto nivel de calidad, ya que se entiende que una mascota es parte fundamental de la familia; ayudar a sus dueños a estar tranquilos con el producto ofrecido, ahorrando tiempo y en ocasiones dinero.

Abstract
By having pets means the situation that all those who have animals go through when buying a hygiene product and not finding one that generates confidence, not knowing all the options present in the market to satisfy a certain need, in addition to not having information of the possible consequences that could have the application or consumption of certain chemicals in our pets, exposing the welfare and life of the animal.Understand the importance that animals have in the life of their owner, and the meaning of these in the family, knowing that they become a fundamental and unconditional member, considering him a friend, son, brother or simply an indispensable being in the home. In addition to this and most importantly, having a pet implies a giant responsibility for care, love and attention.It is for this and for the information gathered that it is decided to attack this need and vacuum in the market by means of a natural odor eliminator. Decision taken based on the exponential growth of the use of this product and its functionality, a conclusion reached after carrying out the respective validation with customers and consumers.The main objective of CLEPET SAS is the welfare of pets, purpose that is shared with its owners, which leads to a high level of quality, since it is understood that a pet is a fundamental part of the family; help their owners to be calm with the product offered, saving time and sometimes money.
