Resumen
La Universidad El Bosque es una institución educativa que ofrece condiciones para facilitar el desarrollo de los valores ético-morales, estéticos y tecno científicos enraizados en la cultura de la vida, su calidad y su sentido. La Facultad de Ingeniería de la Institución cuenta con el programa de Especialización en Gerencia de Proyectos, la cual prepara profesionales de todas las disciplinas en los conocimientos fundamentales en Gerencia de proyectos.
En el año 2018 la Universidad El Bosque desarrolló el primer congreso Internacional de Gerencia de Proyectos – CIGOP, evento en el cual se evidenció la oportunidad de afianzar conocimientos para la comunidad estudiantil, compartir experiencias con expertos a nivel internacional y, a su vez fortalecer relaciones con el sector externo y posicionar a la Institución como la pionera en desarrollo de temas en Gerencia de proyectos, al contar con acreditación de alta calidad
otorgada por el GAC del PMI.
Apoyados en la experiencia de la Universidad, el PMI convoca una nueva alianza con la Universidad el Bosque con el fin de i) conformar el primer Branch de la Universidad el Bosque, afiliado al capítulo PMI Bogotá, que permita extender la misión del PMI Colombia, y ii) Realizar el segundo CIGOP que permita divulgar el enfoque del PMI en dirección de proyectos a la comunidad educativa y comunidad en general.

Abstract
El Bosque University is an educational institution that offers conditions to facilitate the development of ethical-moral, aesthetic and techno-scientific values rooted in the culture of life, its quality and its meaning. The Faculty of Engineering of the Institution has a Specialization Program in Project Management, which prepares professionals from all disciplines in the fundamental knowledge of Project Management.
In 2018, El Bosque University held the first International Congress of Project Management - CIGOP, an event in which the opportunity to strengthen knowledge for the student community, share experiences with experts at the international level and, in turn, strengthen relationships with the external sector and position the Institution as the pioneer in the development of issues in Project Management, having high quality accreditation granted by the GAC of the PMI.
Supported by the University's experience, the PMI convenes a new alliance with the El Bosque University in order to i) form the first Branch in the University, affiliated to the PMI Bogotá chapter, which will allow it to extend the mission of PMI Colombia, and ii) Carry out the second CIGOP to disseminate the PMI approach to project management to the educational community and the community in general.
