Resumen
El material particulado afecta la salud del ser humano, generando así efectos negativos en los entornos tanto
productivos como sociales y de esparcimiento. Sin embargo, en la economía colombiana en su mayoría
sobresale la minería y en algunos municipios predomina la fundición de minerales como el ladrillo, causantes
de una cantidad considerable de emisiones de PM2,5. En este sentido, el presente artículo pretende analizar el
caso de la ladrillera CERANOVA CONSTRUCTORA LOMALINDA LTDA; ubicada en el municipio de
Cogua, en la Sabana norte de Bogotá, departamento de Cundinamarca. Como objetivo primordial está analizar
las emisiones de 𝑃𝑀2,5 de esta ladrillera y poder mitigar los efectos negativos de las mismas –la metodología
escogida en primera instancia es un método inductivo- por medio de entrevistas, encuestas y revisión de
referencias primarias y secundarias.
En segundo lugar, se toma como fuente la base de datos del SISAIRE del IDEAM, además de las respectivas
mediciones realizadas por el equipo trabajo. A continuación, se realizó un análisis de las normas tanto del
ordenamiento jurídico colombiano y las internacionales para validar su aplicación en el proceso de producción
de esta ladrillera y de esta manera encontrar las posibles falencias, para finalmente encontrar medidas de
mitigación para reducir las emisiones de PM 2,5.y por medio de una evaluación elegir la mejor para la empresa.

In this sense, this article is intended to analyze the case of CERANOVA CONSTRUCTORA LOMALINDA
LTDA,located in the municipality of Cogua,in the northern savannah of Bogotá, department of Cundinamarca
. The main objective is to analyze the emissions of from this brick kiln and to be able to mitigate the

surveys and review of primary and secondary references.Secondly, the IDEAM SISAIRE database is used as a
source, in addition to the respective modifications made by the work team. Next, an analysis of the regulations
of both the Colombian legal system and the international ones was carried out to validate their application in
the production process of this factory and in this way find possible shortcomings, to finally find mitigation
measures to reduce emissions of PM 2.5. And through an evaluation choose the best for the company
