Resumen
La necesidad de la mayoría de la población del municipio de Viotá, Cundinamarca, da origen a la motivación de proveer un servicio vital como lo es el agua potable y por lo tanto la generación de la propuesta descrita en este proyecto de carácter técnico ambiental para mejorar la calidad de vida e impulsar el desarrollo rural sostenible en el municipio.
Esta investigación busca entregar a la Secretaria de Planeación del municipio de Viotá, una propuesta de optimización técnico ambiental para el acueducto Regional Arabia, que dentro de sus fines posee la característica de adaptabilidad para ser replicada en las demás veredas del municipio acondicionándola a las características de calidad del agua, línea base y condiciones técnicas. Para lo anterior se tomaron como factores determinantes la calidad del agua en el punto de captación, la línea base o las características ambientales de la vereda y su sostenibilidad que pueden llegar a afectar la calidad y disponibilidad de agua para el acueducto.

Abstract
The need of the majority of the population of the municipality of Viotá, Cundinamarca, it gives origin to the motivation of providing a vital service since it it is the drinkable water and therefore the generation of the offer described in this project of technical environmental character to improve the quality of life and to stimulate the rural sustainable development in the municipality. This investigation seeks to deliver to Planeación's Secretariat of Viotá's municipality, an offer of optimization environmental technician for the Regional aqueduct Arabia, which inside his ends possesses the characteristic of adaptability to be answered in other paths of the municipality conditioning it to the qualit characteristics of the water, line base and technical conditions. For the previous thing they took the quality of the water as determinant factors in the point of capture, the line bases or the environmental characteristics of the path and his sustainability that the quality and water availability can manage to affect for the aqueduct.
