Este documento tiene la intención de conocer más a fondo como fue el inicio en el mercado del Grupo Éxito, su historia y su evolución, evidenciándose sus logros, expectativas y resultados.
También visualizar los resultados en el año 2019 y como se llevó a cabo la negociación y venta de las acciones al grupo brasilero GPA, Observando el riesgo operativo y financiero.
Además, interpretar los indicadores de la bolsa de valores que son utilizados para analizar el comportamiento accionario específicamente en lo relacionado al Grupo Éxito.

This document intends to learn more about how the start of the Exit Group market, its history and its evolution, demonstrating its achievements, expectations and results.
Also identify the results in the year 2019 and how the negotiation and sale of the shares to the Brazilian GPA group was carried out, observing the operational and financial risk.
Also, interpret the stock exchange indicators that are used to analyze the shareholder behavior specifically in relation to the Exit Group.
