Para adentrarnos a más a fondo en los mercados financieros debemos saber cómo funcionan en general y cómo funcionan más específicamente en Colombia, para esto considero importante explicar que es una bolsa y como funciona. Según Economipedia la bolsa de valores es una entidad privada en la cual hay un contacto entre ofertantes y demandantes que realizan transacciones a través de intermediarios autorizados que permiten a las empresas grandes obtener financiación y ya sea personas naturales o jurídicas invertir su excedente de capital para obtener cierta rentabilidad., cabe aclarar que las bolsas pueden ser lugares físicos o simplemente plataformas virtuales que están autorizadas a operar con respectiva autorización de la entidad regulatoria correspondiente. En las bolsas se negocian 2 tipos de activos que pueden ser renta variable o las famosas acciones y la renta fija que se traduce en deuda. La bolsa de valores de Colombia o BVC por sus siglas es la entidad que regula el mercado financiero en Colombia y esta fue fundada en el 2001 con la fusión de las bolsas más importantes de las ciudades principales, la bolsa de Bogotá, Cali y Medellín. Ahora conociendo un poco más de la historia de la bolsa se realizará un análisis detallado de la empresa escogida es decir Davivienda y se trabajará en 2 ramas, el análisis fundamental que nos permite detallar el sector en el cual se mueve la compañía y sus resultados financieros; por otro lado, también se hará el análisis técnico que es el análisis que nos permite hacer referencia a gráficas e indicadores técnicos. Todo este proceso nos permitirá evaluar la empresa, saber cómo de desarrollará en un futuro cercano con la crisis que vivimos actualmente debido a la pandemia del COVID-19 y con esto poder tomar una buena decisión a la hora de invertir.

Abstract
To understand deeper the financial markets we have to know how do the work in general and how they do work in Colombia. For this reason, I consider important to understand and explain how does the stock market works. According to the source economipedia a stock market is a private institution in which you are in contact with bidder and claimants. They make some transactions through authorized organizations that allow to companies to get some financing and for legal entities or natural person can invest their savings to get some profitability, I consider necessarily to clarify that the stock markets could be physical or virtual places and the work with the authorization of the regulatory entity in charge of. In stock markets there are two types of products the fixed and variable income. The fixed income is basically debt and the variable income are the famous stocks. The stock market of Colombia was founded in 2001 by the fusion of the most important markets in Colombia the stock market of Bogota, Cali and Medellin. Now that we know more about the history and how do the financial markets work, we are going to analyze in a detailed way the company we choose that is Davivienda and we are going to do it in 2 different ways; the first one will be the fundamental analysis that allow us to detail the market in which the company is moving, in this case the banking sector and we are going to analyze its financial results. The second branch we are going to analyze is the technical analysis that is the one that allows us to understand the graphs and changes with technical indicators. All this process will allow us to evaluate the company and analyze if it is a good decision to invest on it taking into account the actual situation that we are living with the COVID-19 and the losses of stock markets of all the world.
