This article provides an overview of the way in which the Culture of Peace (Neutral Peace) is developed based on the Socio-Educational Interactions between a teacher and the students of a public school in Bogotá, in the field of Education for Peace. The information was collected through focus groups and semi-structured interviews which were analyzed with the theory. The results show that the concept of peace is understood as a social coexistence in which conflicts are resolved by means of dialogue and respect; the interactions are based on pedagogical- communicative strategies based on authority and others mediated through dialogue which contribute to the construction of the culture of peace. Further research should address the impact of Education for Peace, beyond the educational space, in the various spaces where learners socialize.
