Resumen
The first step of the intervention for the psychological rehabilitation of sports injury is the
attention to the athlete during the first 72 hours after the injury. The objective of this project was
to make a proposal for the design of a crisis care protocol for sports injuries, directed by the first
respondent during training or competition. The purpose of the protocol is to offer a series of
recommendations about the actions that must be taken into account by people who perform the
role of first responder in situations of sports injury; was elaborated according to the model of
attention in crisis of Hernández and Gutiérrez (2014) and Slaikew (1996), defining the key
application moments of the injuries and crises, environmental and contextual conditions. Through
the Delphi method, ten expert judges were subjected to the judgment of those who reviewed the
manual through the protocol and about relevant aspects from the theoretical model to the
instructions and examples; Subsequently, each evaluation carried out by the judges was
transcribed and analyzed through the SPSS and Atlas Ti programs.

El primer paso de la intervención para la rehabilitación psicológica de lesión deportiva es la
atención al deportista durante las primeras 72 horas después de la lesión. El presente proyecto
tuvo como objetivo realizar una propuesta del diseño de protocolo de atención en crisis por lesión
deportiva dirigida por el primer respondiente durante entrenamiento o competencia. El protocolo
tiene como objetivo ofrecer una serie de recomendaciones acerca de las acciones que deben tener
en cuenta las personas que realizan el rol de primer respondiente en situaciones de lesión
deportiva; fue elaborado de acuerdo al modelo de atención en crisis de Hernández y Gutiérrez
(2014) y Slaikew (1996), definiendo los momentos de aplicación claves de las lesiones y crisis,
condiciones ambientales y contextuales. Mediante el método Delphi se sometió al juicio de diez
jueces expertos quienes revisaron el manual a través del protocolo y acerca de aspectos relevantes
desde el modelo teórico hasta las instrucciones y ejemplos; posteriormente, cada evaluación
realizada por los jueces fue transcrita y analizada mediante los programas SPSS y Atlas Ti.
