The present work is motivated by the idea of creating new tools that make it possible to guarantee sustainable development in the short, medium and long term through the use of mathematical models of atmospheric dispersion that allow adequate and timely decisions regarding air quality Fast, economical and successful way. Through the design of a tool through the application of a mathematical model integrated with geographic information systems that allows the analysis of the impact generated by the emission of particulate material from a hydrocarbon project through the graphic simulation of dispersion of the contaminant. Therefore, the work methodology was initially based on the selection of a mathematical model that was within the scope of the project according to the parameters and variables to be obtained. The code was subsequently written in the Python language and intertwined with QGIS. Simultaneously, the GIS plugin was created and designed with the necessary variables to run the model and finally, dispersion maps were generated.
