Abstract
The biomedical equipment as measuring instruments are susceptible to suffer and take into account the multiple reasons that include the variable variables of the mean and the temporary, which in turn the diagnoses associated with said equipment. Due to these variations and the absence of calibration methods that focus on the diagnostic points, this work proposes the development and evaluation of the calibration method based on them and in the statistics the reliability of the value is increased offered by the class II monitor as a diagnostic support instrument. This work has a review of standards to define the values in the medical diagnosis of diseases related to blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation that establish a protocol around the performance of the same variables during a metrological exercise.
