The problem that is found in the factory after the diagnosis and visits were made, was that the entire process of the factory, from when the raw material is requested, until it is rolled and packed, has no planning, programming nor control of any of the activities; They do not have any indicators that evaluate the performance of the factory, therefore there is no feedback on the process. The programming of machines, assignment of loads or assignment of work is done empirically by the boss, no study is carried out, nor do they have any engineering criteria to keep the factory running optimally. Far this reason, this degree work was intended to structure a system of planning, programming and production control far the bandage factory, which achieves, in each of the three subsystems, support decision making under strong and justified criteria. The type of research that is carried out is descriptive, because it is necessary to analyze all the elements that interact in the production process of the bandages and how they articulate with each other. The first thing that was done was to make a diagnosis of the current situation of the company, with both quantitative and qualitative tools; data collection through visits, timing, consumption calculations, etc. Subsequently, the achievement and articulation of a system of planning, programming and control of production is carried out, which allows the factory to be more efficient, make justified decisions, know its performances, costs, benefits, and maintain adequate control of levels of inventory and raw material consumption. As far the propasa Is, these are divided into 3 majar "titles." As far production planning, we forecast the demand taking into account the time series methods, and the respective error calculations; We combine this farecast with an inventory replenishment model of economic arder lot (EOQ), both far finished product and raw material. Production scheduling is done in such a way that machine downtimes can be reduced, because the reference change lasts too long. Regarding the control of production, a series of indicators are proposed that measure sorne performances, and manage to provide adequate system feedback. In this way, knowing the productivity of the factory, you can make a comparison of the benefit - cost. Times of such large and unnecessary reference changes will be avoided, knowing the expected demand, references and machines necessary to avoid incurring overtime or extra labor will be worked on. Costs will be reduced because the lowest inventorv level will be achieved, reducing costs of maintaining this inventory.
