In this document develop the viability study about creation of a exclusive dogs place in Bogotá. First setting the business idea; this idea appears beca use of the necessity to find different services far pets owners in the same place, reducing displacementes that generally must to do satisfy those needs. Therefare, a marketing research is developed, surveryng 385 people to identify the target, being 68,8%, 3 and 4 social class and finding that the products and services more used where: Veterinary, pet shower, manicure, outdoor, activities, pet training, gym, nursery, etc. As a value propositions people can find in these kind of places sorne acivities far them too far example marketing researchs, shows that the most pleasant services where cafetería, beauty salón, and wifi. Besides, a technical study was carried out and includes process services definition, labor and equipment necesary to offer this services, developing a plant design and decribing eviromental and legal normativity far knowing parameters far perfet developed about a company. Finally made a financia! study and conclude thata this project is viable in a ideal scence.
