A través de esta investigación quisimos evaluar la estrategia Colombia libre de tuberculosis 2010 2015 mediante un estudio retrospectivo cualitativo y cuantitativo, bajo el enfoque de las ciencias contemporáneas a través de la teoría de redes. En el análisis cuantitativo se midió el cumplimiento de las metas de los indicadores de impacto y los indicadores de resultado propuestos por la estrategia. En el análisis cualitativo se analizó la percepción de los diferentes actores involucrados en la aplicación de la estrategia a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas a cada uno de los actores que participaron en la estrategia y a pacientes, durante septiembre del 2016 a octubre de 2017, en las cuales se analizaron las categorías emergentes: medios, resultados, impacto, eficiencia, y satisfacción. Las catorce entrevistas fueron codificadas abiertas, axiales y selectivamente para ser analizadas a través de la teoría de redes. El trabajo de investigación realizado permitió evaluar los indicadores, y analizar cada meta desde las dos perspectivas: cuantitativa y cualitativa, ya que si solo veíamos lo cuantitativo determinábamos si se habían cumplido o no los indicadores, pero no podíamos establecer las causas por las cuales no se obtuvo el éxito esperado. En nuestro análisis encontramos opiniones de los diferentes actores que al categorizarlos concluimos porque no se cumplieron algunas metas.

Abstract
Through this investigation, we wanted to evaluate the strategy Colombia free of tuberculosis 2010 – 2015 through a retrospective, quantitative and qualitative study under the approach of contemporary sciences using theory of networks. In this quantitative analysis we measure the fulfillment of the goals of the impact indicators and results proposed by the strategy. In the qualitative analysis we measure the perception from different points of views of people involved in the application of the strategy through a semi–structured interviews to each one of the actors that participate in the strategy and also the patients involved in it from September 2016 bis October 2017 in which the emerging categories, means, results, impact, efficiency and satisfaction were analyzed.
The fourteen interviews were openly, axially and selectively encoded to be analyzed through the network theory. This investigation allowed us to evaluate indicators and analyze every goal from a qualitative and quantitative perspective. Due to the fact that analyzing only the quantitative area show us if the indicator were accomplished but not establish the reason why we do not obtain the expected result we use both of them in this investigation. In our review we found different opinions from people involved that show us why some goals were not accomplished.
