La presente investigación constituye un estudio cualitativo de naturaleza exploratoria que busca hacer una caracterización de la formación en ética en la Facultad de Derecho de una universidad de Bogotá y presentar unas recomendaciones pedagógicas que permitan mejorar dicha formación. Lo anterior, a partir del análisis de las percepciones sobre la formación ética de una muestra de estudiantes y profesores de último semestre de Derecho, obtenidas mediante la aplicación y análisis de encuestas y entrevistas. Para obtener los resultados, se triangularon los datos procedentes de categoría deductivas e inductivas, la teoría y la perspectiva de la investigadora.
En cuanto a los hallazgos, a pesar de que los participantes coinciden en que la ética es muy importante en la formación del abogado, hay una comprensión pobre de en qué consiste; lo que refuerza la conclusión de que es necesario enseñarla en la universidad. Por otra parte, teniendo en cuenta la crisis actual de corrupción en el gremio, la academia debe hacer su aporte al formar a sus estudiantes en filosofía moral, ética y axiología. Sin embargo, la formación actual en ética en la universidad es insuficiente. Frente a esta situación, se buscó hacer un aporte concreto y, a partir de una extensa investigación bibliográfica, se elaboró una propuesta consistente en el microcurrículo de dos materias sobre ética y algunas recomendaciones para su implementación en el pensum de Derecho.

Abstract
The present research is a qualitative study of exploratory nature that seeks to characterize the education in ethics in the Faculty of Law of a university in Bogota, and presents some pedagogical recommendations to improve said formation. The foregoing was achieved based on the analysis of the perceptions about the ethical education of a reduced sample of students and professors of last semester of Law, obtained through the application and analysis of surveys and interviews. To obtain the results, the data from the deductive and inductive categories, the theory and the perspective of the researcher were triangulated.
Regarding the findings, although participants agree in considering ethics as a very important aspect for the lawyer education, there is a poor understanding of what it is; which reinforces the conclusion that it is necessary to teach it in the University. On the other hand, taking into account the current crisis of corruption in the guild, the academy must make its contribution by training its students in moral philosophy, ethics and axiology. However, the current training in ethics at the university is insufficient. Faced with this situation, a concrete contribution was sought and, based on an extensive bibliographical research, a set of recommendations was prepared. These recommendations consist of the syllabus of two subjects on ethics and some suggestions for its implementation in the Law curriculum.
