Ítem Protocolo de atención en crisis por lesión deportiva dirigida al primer respondiente.(Universidad El Bosque, 2019) Gómez Delgadillo, Daniela; Rodríguez Granada, Lina MaríaThe first step of the intervention for the psychological rehabilitation of sports injury is the attention to the athlete during the first 72 hours after the injury. The objective of this project was to make a proposal for the design of a crisis care protocol for sports injuries, directed by the first respondent during training or competition. The purpose of the protocol is to offer a series of recommendations about the actions that must be taken into account by people who perform the role of first responder in situations of sports injury; was elaborated according to the model of attention in crisis of Hernández and Gutiérrez (2014) and Slaikew (1996), defining the key application moments of the injuries and crises, environmental and contextual conditions. Through the Delphi method, ten expert judges were subjected to the judgment of those who reviewed the manual through the protocol and about relevant aspects from the theoretical model to the instructions and examples; Subsequently, each evaluation carried out by the judges was transcribed and analyzed through the SPSS and Atlas Ti programs.Ítem Relación entre ansiedad precompetitiva y la efectividad en el remate en voleibolistas.(Universidad El Bosque, 2019) Medina Bejarano, Juan Felipe; Galvis Quintero, Sandy; Herrera, Jannet; Rodriguez Salazar, Maria ClaraDuring sports practice there are many factors that can trigger an automatic anxiety response. Several studies that have addressed the phenomenon of emotions in sports and intend to correlate values between intensity and direction of anxiety; in Colombia there are no studies that measure the symptoms of precompetitive anxiety in real time, nor their relationship with objective performance indicators. The present work was proposed to correlate precompetitive anxiety (measured through the CSAI-2, heart rate and peripheral temperature of the hands) and sports performance (effectiveness of the auction in competition). The participants were 104 female volleyball players belonging to different leagues of Colombia. Dispersion of the data is observed in the average values of all anxiety indicators, not only in the dimension of intensity but also and principally direction, suggesting that not only the symptoms of anxiety feel differently among individuals but that the assessment This day of said symptoms is very different; Also, low values are observed in the correlations between the physiological indicators and the direction of the three dimensions of the test. The results suggest that the low correlations between effectiveness and precompetitive anxiety occur because individuals experience one or more emotions just after seeing the outcome of their performance and determines their next behavior by causing levels of anxiety before competition to change. throughout the meeting and these changes can mediate performance.
