Ítem Diseño e implementacion de estrategias de comportamiento organizacional que modifiquen la actitud ambiental irresponsable de la comunidad académica y administrativa de la Universidad El Bosque, sede Usaquén.(Universidad El Bosque, 2019) Uribe Herrera, Suly Catherine; Romero Infante, Jaime AlbertoThis project was carried out during the first academic period of 2019, at the El Bosque university, Usaquén headquarters in Bogotá, with the objective of designing and implementing organizational behavior strategies that modify the irresponsible environmental attitude of the academic and administrative community, taking take into account the attitudes towards the sustainable development projects implemented by the institution; This program is designed to support the transversal program of responsible autonomous behaviors, established in the institutional system of Environmental Management of El Bosque University. Initially, a questionnaire of 20 questions was applied to 375 people of the university, in order to know the causes of the irresponsible environmental attitude, evaluating attitudinal components such as cognitive, affective and behavioral, for which, in the analyzes of results, it can be evidenced what was the attitudinal cause, presented by students, teachers, administrative, general services and surveillance, highlighting a deficit of information and knowledge of the community regarding the environmental performance of the university. What was then done was to establish different communication alternatives, where informative pieces were produced (Information bulletins), in order to inform about the environmental performance of the university, promote responsible environmental attitudes and sensitize each of the individuals. Likewise, the design of an interactive activity was carried out that will be applied in the recycling fair of this year, in order to make the community participate in activities and in the same way acquire important information about the environmental development of the university.
