The present degree work was carried out at El Bosque University, in arder to perform an analysis of the instruments and practices to support research implemented in the institution, as well as the actions and learning generated by the groups and researchers to Make use of such instruments. lt was developed within the framework of the initiative "Case studies on instruments and practices to support research in Colombian universities and learning of groups and researchers", promoted by the Network of Governance and Knowledge Management, Science, Technology and the innovation. This work allowed us to identify different learníngs and actions of researchers and research groups at El Bosque University at the time of doing research. They are related to the generation of alliances to achieve better results in the calls, the strategies of working with students for specific projects linked to research projects, and the strengthening of capacities to mobilize externa! resources through networks.
