Resumen
Servitá es un centro de desarrollo comunitario y un parque zonal ubicado en la calle 165
#7.52 en la localidad de Usaquén que cuenta con 4,6 hectáreas este centro representa un
activo valioso y estratégico en la localidad de Usaquén debido a la diversidad de servicios
recreativos, deportivos y comunitarios que ofrece. Sin embargo, enfrenta desafíos
significativos que limitan su potencial. La falta de conocimiento generalizado sobre los
servicios disponibles, el deterioro de algunas instalaciones con el tiempo y la adaptación de
nuevas actividades en espacios no idóneos han generado la inadecuación de algunas áreas
para sus propósitos actuales.
Teniendo esto en cuenta se plantea una metodología que se compone de un análisis del el
Plan de ordenamiento territorial, de salidas de campo para el análisis del funcionamiento del
lugar y una encuesta a usuarios que permiten llegar a la conclusión de cuáles son las
principales problemáticas y oportunidades que tiene el Servitá respecto a su composición y
funcionamiento, proporcionando información clave para saber que espacios se van a mejorar
dentro del mismo.
Con una perspectiva clara de las oportunidades y problemáticas que tiene el Servita se opta
por realizar diseño en el espacio público que permita la conexión con el contexto inmediato
generando un borde activo que permita dar a conocer las actividades que aquí se dan, así
mismo se optimizan las circulaciones internas y las relaciones espaciales tanto con su entorno
como con sus actividades, facilitando el uso de este.
Por otra parte, se hace una reorganización de algunos de los servicios del Servitá, ubicándolos
en espacios que estén más acordes con la actividad que se desarrollan en estos. y así mismo
se opta por realizar una intervención arquitectónica puntual en la biblioteca y en el centro
CRECER (Atención a niños con discapacidad cognitiva) en donde se adaptan los espacios
para el mejorar la capacidad y el funcionamiento de estos servicios, implementando
estrategias de reaprovechamiento de los materiales de demolición, eficiencia energética y
eficiencia en el uso de agua, para reducir el impacto en el medioambiente. Este proyecto
arquitectónico funciona como referente de lo que se podría hacer con el resto de las
edificaciones en dentro del contexto del mejoramiento del Servitá.

Abstract
Servita is a community development center and a zonal park located at 165 #7.52 Street in
the town of Usaquén which has 4.6 hectares this center represents a valuable and strategic
asset in the town of Usaquén due to the diversity of recreational, sports, and community
services it offers. However, it faces significant challenges that limit its potential. The lack of
generalized knowledge about the services available, the deterioration of some facilities over
time, and the adaptation of new activities in unsuitable spaces have generated the inadequacy
of some areas for their current purposes.
Taking this into account, a methodology is proposed that consists of an analysis of the
Territorial Planning Plan, field trips for the analysis of the functioning of the place, and a
survey of users that allow us to conclude what are the main problems and opportunities that
the Servita has regarding its composition and operation, providing key information to know
what spaces will be improved within it.
With a clear perspective of the opportunities and problems that the Servita has, it is chosen
to make a design in the public space that allows the connection with the immediate context
by generating an active edge that allows publicizing the activities that occur here, as well as
optimizing internal circulations and spatial relationships both with its environment and with
its activities, facilitating the use of this.
On the other hand, a reorganization of some of the Servitá services is made, placing them in
spaces that are more in line with the activities that are developed in them. and it is also chosen
to carry out a punctual architectural intervention in the library and in the CRECER center
(Care for children with cognitive disabilities) where the spaces are adapted to improve the
capacity and operation of these services, implementing strategies for the reuse of demolition
materials, energy efficiency, and efficiency in the use of water, to reduce the impact on the
environment. This architectural project works as a reference of what could be done with the
rest of the buildings within the context of the improvement of the Servitá
