dc.description.abstractAntecedentes: La evidencia publicada muestra la importancia de los programas de atención para maternas, gestantes, los datos de la historia clínica permiten el diagnóstico temprano y facilitan identificar factores de riesgo que puedan alertar sobre la probabilidad de tener o llegar a desarrollar anomalías congénitas en su entorno familiar. Este proyecto pretende es una primera etapa identificar el proceso de la ruta de atención materno-perinatal en la subred norte de Bogotá. Objetivo: Construir y validar un instrumento que permita el registro de variables que determinen la caracterización de la atención dada en el hospital Simón Bolívar-Subred norte, Bogotá a la materna y el niño(a) en el período 2018-2023. Materiales y métodos: Se identifica como se contextualiza y se adapta la resolución número 3280 de 2018, de la ruta perinatal nacional para la Subred Norte ESE de Bogotá. Se describe y se hace en tres pasos: primero: revisión documental, segundo con una entrevista semiestructurada a la persona encargada de la Ruta Materno Perinatal en la Subred Norte ESE, de acuerdo con el formato clínico utilizado en el periodo 2018-2023, se desarrolla una base de datos con los diferentes ítems y que permita recopilar todos los momentos de la ruta, así como la información de la historia clínica materna-perinatal. Luego, de realizar validación de constructo por expertos, para luego ejecutar la prueba piloto, utilizando una muestra de 10 historias clínicas, para dejar un instrumento validado para continuar el estudio denominado Impacto de la pandemia en la salud de niños y niñas con alteraciones congénitas craneofaciales en instituciones prestadoras de salud de Bogotá y Cali durante el periodo 2018-2023. Resultados: La ruta descrita se rige bajo la estipulada por el Ministerio de Salud en Colombia con algunas adaptaciones tales como la implementación de atención por trabajo social y atención por psicología como pasos independientes en la atención binomio madre -neonato en el Hospital Simón Bolívar, Bogotá. El instrumento tipo base de datos en Excel, fue validado con el análisis 10 historias clínicas, tomando de cada una de estas, variables que fueran indicador de presencia y ausencia de malformaciones congénitas craneofaciales y/o posibles factores de riesgo asociados, Posteriormente, fue validada por pares expertos, en donde se pudo comparar y complementar la base de datos del grupo de investigación con la base de datos del HSB, obteniendo así una base de datos definitiva y pertinente para futuros estudios. Conclusiones: Se desarrolla un instrumento validado para recolección de base de datos para continuar su implementación en el estudio: Impacto de la pandemia en la salud de niños y niñas con alteraciones congénitas craneofaciales en instituciones prestadoras de salud de Bogotá y Cali durante el periodo 2018-2023, aprobado por el comité de ética de la Universidad el Bosque CIE 2022-081 y del HSB protocolo SNCEI-174.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishBackground: Published evidence highlights the importance of maternal care programs for pregnant women. Clinical history data enables early diagnosis and facilitates the identification of risk factors that may indicate the likelihood of having or developing congenital anomalies within their family environment. This project aims to, in its initial stage, identify the process of maternal-perinatal care pathway in the northern region of Bogotá.Objective: The objective of this project is to construct and validate an instrument that enables the recording of variables determining the characterization of care provided to mothers and children at the Hospital Simón Bolívar - Northern Subnetwork, Bogotá, during the period 2018-2023. This instrument will allow gathering accurate and relevant data about maternal perinatal care at this hospital, contributing to the enhancement of the quality of health services offered to this population during the specified period.Materials and Methods: This study identifies how the resolution number 3280 of 2018, regarding the national perinatal route, is contextualized and adapted for the Northern Subnetwork ESE of Bogotá. It is described and carried out in three steps:First Document Review Firstly, a document review is conducted to examine how the national perinatal route resolution is applied and adapted to the specific context of the Northern Subnetwork ESE for the period 2018-2023.Second semi-Structured Interview Secondly, a semi structured interview is conducted with the person in charge of the Maternal Perinatal Route in the Northern Subnetwork ESE. The interview is conducted according to the clinical format used during the period 2018-2023. The objective is to gather comprehensive information and data related to all aspects of the perinatal route and maternal-perinatal clinical histories.Thrid , Database Development and Data Collection Following the document review and the interview, a database is developed, consisting of various items, which allows the collection of all key moments of the perinatal route and relevant information from maternal-perinatal clinical histories. Subsequently, construct validation is performed by experts to ensure the reliability and validity of the data collected in the database. Finally, a pilot test is conducted using a sample of 10 clinical histories to validate and refine the instrument. Once validated, this instrument will be used to proceed with the study titled "Impact of the pandemic on the health of children with congenital craniofacial alterations in health care institutions in Bogotá and Cali during the period 2018-2023.Results: The described route follows the guidelines established by the Ministry of Health in Colombia, with some adaptations such as the implementation of social work and psychology care as independent steps in the care of the mother-newborn binomial at the Hospital Simón Bolívar, Bogotá. The Excel-based database instrument was validated through the analysis of 10 clinical histories, extracting variables indicative of the presence or absence of congenital craniofacial malformations and/or possible associated risk factors from each case. Subsequently, it was validated by expert peers, enabling a comparison and integration of the research group's database with the Hospital Simón Bolívar's database. This process resulted in a definitive and relevant database for future studies.conclusions: A validated instrument for data collection has been developed to continue its implementation in the study: "Impact of the pandemic on the health of children with congenital craniofacial alterations in health care institutions in Bogotá and Cali during the period 2018-2023." This study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Universidad el Bosque (CIE 2022-081) and the Hospital Simón Bolívar (protocol SNCEI-174).eng
