Resumen
Ansiedad es un producto audiovisual creado con la técnica de imagen y animación, diseñado para visibilizar lo que se siente en un cuerpo con ansiedad. Este producto esta dirigido a las personas que no sufren de ansiedad, para que puedan interpretar y experimentar lo que sufre una persona al tener síntomas de ansiedad. Para visibilizar este proyecto diseñaron, las emociones y los comportamientos que genera la ansiedad y aquellos puntos en que la anatomía humana se ve afectada, en el cual use herramientas como: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro y After Effects, para diseñar toda la experiencias y creación del diseño, animación y diseño sonoro. También se creo una cuenta en TikTok donde generaba experiencia y comunicación sobre que es la ansiedad, por que es importante hablar de esto y como esta afecta al cuerpo humano.

Abstract
Anxiety is a audiovisual product created with the technique of animation and image, it was designed to show how a body with anxiety feels. This product is target to people that haven’t anxiety with the aim of created an experience where they can feel and know what and how a person with anxiety feel and what symptoms they suffer. To introduce this project and impact the audience there were designed the behaves and emotions that anxiety generates and those parts where the physical body of human is affected by this illness, by the use of tools such us: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro and After Effects to design all the experience, animation and sound design.
In addition it was create a TikTok’s account which have been used to impact a lot of people with the experience and further information about anxiety, why is important to talk about it and how it affects the human body.
