dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo se fundamenta en el manejo contable y fiscal de las acciones que cotizan en la bolsa de valores, comenzando por hacer un análisis en la medición inicial, medición posterior, presentación e información a revelar de las acciones a nivel contable y fiscal, de este tipo de inversiones, como parte de los “instrumentos financieros”. El manejo contable se realiza de acuerdo con las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF), los instrumentos financieros se encuentran las siguientes normas: NIIF 9 (instrumentos financieros) NIIF 7 (información a revelar) y NIC 32 (presentación), fiscalmente el Estatuto Tributario en sus artículos 21-1, 28, 29, 33, 36-1, 59, 60, 69, 70, 76, 76-1,105, 271, 272, 771, 772-1, 868. Para la aplicación de las diferentes normas relacionadas con estos instrumentos de inversión, se desarrolla un ejercicio práctico en el cual se puede evidenciar su tratamiento.spa
dc.description.abstractenglishThis work is based on the accounting and tax management of shares listed on the stock exchange, starting with an analysis of the initial measurement, subsequent measurement, presentation and disclosure of shares at the accounting and tax level, of this type of investment, as part of the "financial instruments". The accounting management is carried out in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the financial instruments are the following standards: IFRS 9 (financial instruments) IFRS 7 (information to be disclosed) and IAS 32 (presentation), fiscally the Tax Statute in its articles 21-1, 28, 29, 33, 36-1, 59, 59, 60, 69, 70, 76, 76-1, 105, 271, 272, 771, 772-1, 868. For the application of the different rules related to these investment instruments, a practical exercise is developed in which their treatment can be evidenced. The analysis throughout the research provides a more complete understanding of the concepts associated with publicly traded shares, classified as financial instruments in accordance with IFRS 9 and other standards, strengthening the skills of the accounting professional.eng
