Resumen
Ira existencia del conflicto es una constante tanto en las relaciones intrapersonales como interpersonales razón por la cual, la labor de ser Madre Comunitaria (MC) requiere de habilidades adecuadas para el manejo de los diferentes problemas que tienden a presentarse dentro este contexto. El objetivo de esta investigación es construir, validar y realizar pilotaje de un instrumento para evaluar solución de conflictos con base en el Modelo de D'Zurilla y Golfried (1971), en MC del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar, Localidad de Engativá. El método por el cual se llevó a cabo este trabajo de investigación es el técnico psicométrico y, es una investigación de tipo descriptivo. La población que participó en el pilotaje del instrumento fueron veinte (20) MC del ICBF de la Localidad de Engativá. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos es posible afirmar que el instrumento de solución de conflictos tiene una confiabilidad media alta y es altamente generalizable. El instrumento es una herramienta de selección para las MC y asimismo, para realizar un diagnóstico de aquellas que ejercen y de esta manera realizar una intervención adecuada y oportuna.

Abstract
The existence of conflict is a constant in both intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, which is why the work of being a Community Mother (CM) requires adequate skills for the management of the different problems that tend to arise in this context. The objective of this research is to construct, validate and pilot test an instrument to evaluate conflict resolution based on the D'Zurilla and Golfried (1971) Model, in CM of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare, Engativá. The method by which this research work was carried out is the psychometric technical method and it is a descriptive type of research. The population that participated in the piloting of the instrument were twenty (20) CM of the ICBF of the Engativá District. According to the results obtained, it is possible to affirm that the conflict resolution instrument has a high average reliability and is highly generalizable. The instrument is a selection tool for the CMs and also, to make a diagnosis of those who practice and thus make an adequate and timely intervention.
