Resumen
El proyecto presenta el diseño de una estructura organizativa y participativa de una empresa asociativa y solidaria competitiva, con el fin de mejorar la producción agrícola porcina de los productores de la vereda “EL SALTO DEL LIPA”, incorporando también principios de simbiosis industrial. Aportándole al crecimiento económico, educativo y productivo del territorio araucano, mejorando la calidad de vida y académica de los habitantes de la vereda, e impulsando la economía circular, a través de la productividad sustentable de microempresas, desarrollo social y progreso a los productores de la vereda.
La asociación de productores porcinos “ASOPROSALTO”, será una empresa productiva asociativa con 25 productores, aportándole a la porcicultura en la modalidad de cría, levante y ceba de cerdos, esta empresa asociativa se diseña con representación legal, mediante la propia voluntad orientada bajo unos estatutos fundamentales que establezca el gremio, mediante una gran independencia jurídica y autonomía gerencial, para que sea registrada ante la cámara de comercio de Arauca y así empezar a trabajar, con el fin de obtener beneficios tributarios y oportunidades inicialmente en la producción agrícola porcina, ante los entes estatales del orden Departamental y Nacional.
Son muchas las problemáticas que se reflejan al no estar asociados los 25 productores porcinos, acarreando no utilizar las técnicas avanzadas y no estar capacitados en temas porcinos, agrícolas, ni empresariales, necesidad de maquinaria e insumos para su sostenimiento y también de un plan de crecimiento y fortalecimiento que les ayude al sostenimiento en las fincas y tener una mayor rentabilidad en la producción.
La empresa asociativa “ASOPROSALTO”, operará con una inversión total de $ 16. 037. 457, el valor del punto de equilibrio es del 59%. El Valor Presente Neto VPN $ 31.387.126 es positivo, la Tasa Interna de Retorno, TIR es 45,02% y un costo medio ponderado de capital WACC es de 17%. Con estos indicadores financieros se determina que el proyecto a implementar es rentable. Se puede invertir fácilmente obteniendo ganancias significativas, de esta manera, el análisis de los resultados financieros, muestran la factibilidad y estabilidad en el proyecto a largo plazo.

Abstract
The project presents the design of an organizational and participatory structure of a competitive associative and solidarity company, in order to improve the pig agricultural production of the producers of the village "EL SALTO DEL LIPA", also incorporating principles of industrial symbiosis. Contributing to the economic, educational and productive growth of the Araucanian territory, improving the quality of life and academics of the inhabitants of the village, and promoting the circular economy, through the sustainable productivity of micro-enterprises, social development and progress for the producers of the sidewalk.
The association of pig producers "ASOPROSALTO", will be an associative productive company with 25 producers, contributing to pig farming in the modality of breeding, raising and fattening pigs, this associative company is designed with legal representation, through its own will oriented under some fundamental statutes established by the union, through great legal independence and managerial autonomy, to be registered before the Arauca Chamber of Commerce and thus start working, in order to obtain tax benefits and opportunities initially in pig agricultural production, before State entities of the Departmental and National order.
There are many problems that are reflected when the 25 pig producers are not associated, leading to not using advanced techniques and not being trained in pig, agricultural, or business issues, the need for machinery and supplies for their maintenance and also a growth plan and strengthening that helps them sustain the farms and have greater profitability in production.
The associative company "ASOPROSALTO" will operate with a total investment of $16,037,457, the value of the break-even point is 59%. The Net Present Value NPV $ 31,387,126 is positive, the Internal Rate of Return, IRR is 45.02% and a weighted average cost of capital WACC is 17%. With these financial indicators it is determined that the project to be implemented is profitable. It can be easily invested obtaining significant profits, in this way, the analysis of the financial results show the feasibility and stability of the project in the long term.
