Resumen
El presente trabajo es un proyecto de gestión titulado: “Estrategia educativa de enfermería para favorecer la continuidad del cuidado canguro al egreso hospitalario” que contiene el diseño de una estrategia educativa estandarizada para el personal de salud, que tiene como fin permitir la continuidad del cuidado canguro en casa; para el desarrollo de este proyecto se empleó como herramienta de gestión el ciclo PHVA: planear, hacer, verificar y actuar, este documento plasma la fase número uno: planeación del proyecto. Para la creación de la estrategia educativa se tuvo en cuenta las técnicas bidireccionales para hacer partícipe al personal de enfermería dentro de la sesión práctica involucrándolos emocionalmente en el rol del cuidador, logrando que el aprendizaje sea significativo con respecto al tema Método Madre Canguro (MMC). La sesión práctica contiene tres actividades, que son las siguientes: actividad rompe hielo, juego de roles y exposición, para evaluar los conocimientos adquiridos se construyó una prueba evaluativa (anexo 11) de selección múltiple y falso y verdadero que se pretende realizar antes y después de la sesión educativa. Dentro del presente trabajo también se encuentran los diversos materiales y medios necesarios para que el personal de salud entrene a los padres en el MMC. Se espera que el proyecto sea retomado, desarrollado y replicado, ya que dentro del documento se encuentran especificados en los anexos el desarrollo de la sesión práctica.

Abstract
This work is a management project entitled: "Nursing educational strategy to promote continuity of kangaroo care at hospital discharge" which contains the design of a standardized educational strategy for health personnel, which aims to enable continuity of kangaroo care at home; for the development of this project the PHVA cycle was used as a management tool: plan, do, check and act, this document reflects phase one: project planning. For the creation of the educational strategy, bidirectional techniques were taken into account to involve the nursing staff in the practical session, involving them emotionally in the role of the caregiver, making the learning meaningful with respect to the Mother Kangaroo Method (MMC). The practical session contains three activities, which are the following: icebreaker activity, role-playing and exposition. In order to evaluate the knowledge acquired, an evaluative test (Annex 11) of multiple choice and true and false was constructed and is intended to be performed before and after the educational session. Within the present work there are also the various materials and means necessary for health personnel to train parents in KMC. It is hoped that the project will be taken up, developed and replicated, since the development of the practical session is specified in the annexes of the document.
